The Daily Mile…
Everyday, we have been doing the Daily Mile. This simple activity involves walking, jogging or running for around 15 minutes, and it has had a really positive impact on us.
Not only has it helped us stay physically fit, but it also gives us a break from the classroom. After the Daily Mile, we often feel more awake, focused and ready to learn. It’s a great way to clear our minds and get some fresh air, which makes lessons afterwards more productive and enjoyable.
Overall, it has helped improve our physical health and our motivation to learn.
