It’s hard to believe we’ve reached our last full day here at PGL – the week has flown by, and the children have made the most of every moment!
Today was another busy and exciting day, packed with a variety of activities. Before lunch, groups rotated through different sessions at different times, taking on everything from archery – where they showed great focus and precision – to fire lighting, where they learned how to spark flames safely using natural materials, as well as a creative session of environmental art. It was a brilliant mix of challenge, skill, and creativity to start the day.
In the afternoon, the children took part in mini beast hunts, buggy building, and some thoughtful trip reflection, giving them the chance to explore nature, work together, and reflect on everything they’ve experienced during the week.
After dinner, we rounded off the day with one final group event – the Mini Olympics! With races, games, and lots of cheering, it was the perfect way to celebrate the end of a brilliant week. The energy and team spirit were incredible, and it left everyone smiling as we headed off to bed for our final night at PGL.
We’ve got a short final morning here tomorrow before we begin our journey home – and we’re all looking forward to seeing you and sharing even more stories from what has truly been a fantastic adventure!
